   Super friendly staff. Great coffee and if you're gluten free, get one of their GF mince and cheese pies. They're amazing.

   I’m all about good customer service and simple smiles. The lady who took the orders were great , Unfortunately, the waitress who served seemed grumpy, moody, or perhaps even a bit prejudicial, and it really affected the whole dining experience. Food-wise, the mince pies were okay. Our menu orders were fine but nothing great. The coffee was also just okay. Overall, the service really overshadowed the meal, and I didn’t have an enjoyable experience.

   Stopped for a late lunch here. What a lovely find! Has a wonderful comfy homely atmosphere but not cluttered. Roomy. Blend of functionality and nice home surroundings.

   Had lunch here while my EV was charging just next to the cafe. Understood that they had busy lunch time but couldn’t find any clean tables even after 2pm. Seemed like no staff wanted to clear the tables. Unwelcoming staff and unadorned atmosphere. Egg bene, cheese scone, fries and coffee were all good, though.

   Good food, good coffee, nice people but really noisy, echoing room. Hard on my husband's hearing aids and on my ears. Maybe look at options for absorbing sound. Shame as it is just off the busy main road.

   Went here to get some lunch. To eat I ordered the Salt and Pepper squid which was very average. The squid tasted like it had come from a frozen packet you can get at the supermarket. I was disappointed with the meal I recieved considering it was $19 and was expecting much better quality squid considering that it's a cafe. To drink I got the hot choclate which was excellent.

   Stopped here for a break on the way down south. It's located slightly away from the main road, so it felt more private than the other cafes around the area. I ordered an Open Steak Sandwich and a long black. The coffee was decent. And the food was unexpectedly delicious. I was amazed at how thick the steak was, the simplicity of a slice of cheddar cheese, and the sweet onion marmalade was great. I wish they added some greens to balance the dish out, though. This is minor, but the cutlery with serviette wrapped around was covered with the marmalade, which made my hand really sticky straight off the bat lol. Coming from Auckland, I knew of the high transmissibility of Covid in an indoor space. I wish they left some windows ajar to creat some airflows. Keen to come back again to try other dishes.
