Great local raw gym real old school feel about it only met good people there always clean highly recommend to everyone
This is my place of workout ever since I landed in NZ for the past 4 years. The owner Darren and his wife Kelly are good persons and family of faith. This place is calm and not crowded at all. Would recommend to anyone in and around Linwood, Aranui community to this place.

Zero customer service and left a VM for Olivia "manager" for a signup and questions and still no response. I guess that's why they are a "hidden gem" as other reviews have advised because they don't answer their phones/email. Don't waste your time.
Such an awesome place. Heaps of space never feels busy and plenty of gear. Best gym membership deal in Christchurch by far.
WORST GYM EVER. No customer service, billing system absurd and overall the incompetence i've experienced in a few short months is pathetic. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear.
