    Terrible service and products! We visited this store on Christmas and ordered two drinks. For one of them, we confirmed with the clerk that we didn’t want any yogurt. When I picked up the drink, I double-checked with him again if there was no yogurt added, and he explicitly told me that it was cheese foam instead of yogurt. However, when we tasted it, it felt like we were drinking a whole cup of yogurt rather than a yogurt milk tea! I’m really annoyed by thisβ€”such awful service!

    The service was very poor!!! Never been this horrible place ever!!! I ordered a cup of milk tea at 9:39 on August 23rd. I waited a full three minutes at the cashier, and the staff didn't say hello to me. Until I took the initiative to speak, the slightly shorter and fatter clerk asked me what I wanted to drink in a very cold tone. I replied normal sugar and ice. The clerk asked me again in a tone that he thought I didn't understand. Even after I took the milk tea, I said thank you to them. The clerk pretended not to hear me and didn't respond to me！！！

    Why tf couldn't you let me know you'd take a whole 40 MINUTES for the simplest drink when I ordered, making me wait the entire time with no clue? I could've just left if you'd mentioned you ran out of tea! :) It was so annoying watching that fat chick behind the counter casually making her own drink and sipping away while I was left waiting forever
