Such helpful, patient assistants ( esp Lori). We went back 3x before we decided on a car seat! Tried a couple out in our car & very happy with final choice. (Great price as well.) The shop was out of stock but ordered from another branch & in less than 24 hours it was delivered to us.
Popped in to get a baby brush for my grandson and walked out with an heap of specials. Some fantastic deals, very very happy with my visit here!

We had an amazing experience with Baby Factory. We required an emergency car seat for my 3 month old on trip to New Plymouth as the rental car supplier a seat that was not appropriate.
