    The accommodations were clean and spacious. We caught Kate off guard as our reservation was caught in her spam folder and we arrived after dark. Luckily she had not booked the room. She provided us a night time homemade snack and threw together a tasty breakfast the next morning even though she wasn't expecting anyone. Unfortunately, we didn't stay long as we traveled to nearby Hobbiton for an early tour. Be aware it is hard to find at night as the entrance is a lane between two homes and the sign is hard to see.

    This B&B remains my favorite of all time in any country in the entire world. I am not kidding when I say that I think of this place when I imagine what paradise looks like. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was spacious, clean, and relaxing. Best of all, it smelled like roses!! There B&B room is next to the host's home and they keep a rose garden, so the aroma fills the room when you open the windows. It is simply divine. Breakfast was included and it was a perfect start to our day in Hobbiton. Next time I am in New Zealand, I will plan my trip around being able to stay here.

    Omg! When you expect nothing but you amazed after entering the house! Our case;) mostly we stay at hotels but this place is even better. Beautiful, nice decor, light, a lot of space, very comfy bed, owner made us feel like home as you can find everything you need while staying. And of course Kate (the owner) - lovely soul. She even made us breakfast! Very happy to find this place
