Pratts supplied three professional and competent tradesmen to complete plumbing and heatpump work for me in Cambridge. All three provided excellent workmanship in the expected time frames and additionally offered good advice and dealt to issues that were outside the original scope. This was much appreciated on the day. Further their customer service and follow ups were best I've experienced in a very long time. I would highly recommend Pratts.

A friend of mine was looking for replacement parts for the door his Kent woodburner. He went to several different places in Hamilton including Kent in Hamilton. Nobody could help with the parts he needed. But Pratts in Te Awamutu were a breath of fresh air! They replaced the old parts and didn’t even charge for the assembly! My friend is over the moon about their service and his renewed fireplace door which should be functional again for years to come. We couldn’t recommend Pratts highly enough.
had the worst possible experience cant believe these guys are master plumbers everything they touched leaked after installation, such shoddy workmanship, second person just stood around for hours, found leaks even after they said they had checked left with leak damage long waits for replies service terrible so much stress wouldn"t recommend even if they were free don"t even deserve one star save yourself the stress and look elsewhere
I found the two young men who came into my house to do a fire service very respectful. They were very professional and easy to talk to. They answered my questions and cleaned up when they had finished their job. They had all their own tools. They were quick and efficient and asked if I would like to replace parts of the fire place that were broken. I would recommend them.
Never got any service just had a look stock limited sure they provide good service as they are busy.
