Very happy with the level of service we received from Pratts and your technician Jo. Service for Heat pump and smart vent system.
Cancelled our job with them, giving more than 48 hours notice and they charged our credit card without approval. Rang them to ask funds be returned to us and didnt hear anything back, have had to request this be sorted through a dispute with the bank. Very poor communication, no response, and to top it off their prices are 2-3 times what others in the area charge

Excellent service. Heat Pump was installed within four days from the time of ordering. Installers were quick, tidy, easy to communicate with and cleaned up all the debris. a credit to the their Company.
Pratts replied promptly to my request for a heat pump. I was given good options and the installation was swift, pleasant and realistic. And they cleaned up! When they accidentally tripped a wire they came back, fixed it and went the extra mile so it wouldn't happen again. Thank you to the team
Fast and friendly team to deal with. Decided I needed A/C to cope with summer so took the plunge and ended up in contact with the Pratts team (Surecool) The sales-team explained what options I could go with and what was available, Sarah came and checked it all out and I went with their recommendations. I was expecting a bit of a wait considering problems of supply but was pleasantly surprised to get my 2 inverters installed 3weeks after first contact. The Installer and Electrician were excellent.
