    Perfect place to stay to visit Hobbiton. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I recommend taking 10 minutes at night and laying in the grass next to the barn and just looking up relax and enjoying.

Positives: Amazing hosts – Briony was beyond lovely Spacious 3 bedroom lodge Fully equipped kitchen Large fridge Breakfast – milk, OJ, eggs, spreads, butter, yogurt, bread, various cereal Comfortable bed Fireplace Split system air conditioner Washing machine and dryer 5 min drive to Hobbiton Free Wi-Fi Private free on-site parking Negatives: Blackout curtains and shutters however some light leakage which my husband was not a fan of since he likes complete darkness while sleeping

    This place is amazing - so close to Hobbiton Movie Set, and an easy drive to many other tourist attractions! I love the decor in the Lodge,and it has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. There are plenty of breakfast supplies - delicious! The host family is lovely as well
