1. Quan Quan Tay ★★★★☆

   The coffee is amazing and makes up for the entire experience. The food was quite disappointing - we had chilli prawn+ avo toast - the flavours didn’t marry well together. The prawns tasted almost uncooked but might work for some who prefer it that way. We also had pancakes with bacon. The pancakes were not fluffy - tasted sad like from Aunt Jemima’s ready mix. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day. But coffees really awesome so I’d still recommend a visit if you are in the area

   5 stars! Always come to Niche when visiting Sumner. Their coffee is always on point, and the staff are super friendly. The savoury muffins are a highlight - definitely worth a try! Consistent great experience every time.

   My sister and I came here for a meal, and we’re truly grateful for such a great and worthwhile place. The portions are generous, the coffee is aromatic and tastes amazing. It even came with beautiful latte art that makes it unique — crafted by a very friendly male barista. Every staff member here is super friendly too. Even though the place was packed with customers, they all seemed genuinely happy to be working. Despite the crowd and full tables, we didn’t have to wait long for our food — less than 15 minutes! The ingredients were fresh and everything was clean. If you’re looking for high-quality food with great flavors and real value for money, I highly recommend this place!

   Niche has been a part of our group's weekly sunrise walk for a few years. It's amazing and I can't recommend it more. The wealth of gluten free options is impressive and tasty (and I am not GF). It is not unusual to see a delightful new flavour combo for the savoury and sweet loaf-- even after a few years!!

   Lovely selection of cabinet food and sweet treats that seems to be changed regularly. Refreshing to see a unique selection of food that is different to generic cafes. Staff are friendly, and the coffee is nice.

   Wanted to try this cafe due to the good reviews but was very disappointed. Service was a bit slow which is understandable as the place was packed but my scrambled eggs and bacon had no taste whatsoever. I even had to put salt on both which I never do as bacon is usually very salty. Hot chocolate arrived 10min after my food and was lukewarm. Still giving it 2 stars since the waitresses were very friendly. Won't be back though.

   WOW WOW WOW !!! So consistent and the seating out the front is beautiful, especially on a sunny day. The loaf was so flavourful, as well as the other meals. I would definitely recommend.

   Cute locally owned cafe in Sumner only a couple blocks from the beach! Great coffee and a good selection of breakfast and lunch cabinet and dine-in food. Gluten free options and baking that are delicious ! There are lots on seating options that are good for a group or cozy sit down
