Stopped off twice on our trip and each time we met Olivia who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Great selection of sale and seconds items at the back of the store. Will be planning future trips around the opening hours
Ohhhh Trelise Cooper Designer Outlet is THE location location location, THE destination! It is every girls' dreamtime, dreamworld and place to be - at least twice a year! The female staff have beautiful smiles, they are genuinely friendly and have fabulous people skills. They leave you to browse at leisure and will offer truthful advice when asked about a particular style or colour or shade. Whether you spend $1,000 or $84, the article is beautifully wrapped and handed over with best wishes and more smiles. I have been calling into Trelise Cooper Designer Outlet for fifteen years, I head for the racks at the back where the specials are and then work my way to the front of the store where the haute couture and latest designs are. Every item of clothing is a work of art, perfection personified! Plan your trip to coincide with the store's open hours and breathe in the magic as you step through the door!
Visit with my wife and daughter could have been a win for the Tirau outlet all the staff have to do is engage the brand speaks for itself we would have purchased multiple garments. The staff obviously discriminate who they engage with over a 12 month period thats a considerable loss financially
Nice space, a lot of clothes on special but the prices were still high for an outlet. Definitely recommend checking out though! Nice atmosphere in there and the retail worker’s are super helpful. Thank you
