Saw the sign advertising icecream in cones and went in. Wow! They must have at least 20 different flavours. We had what was called a single scoop each, which was more than enough. We each chose chocolate dipped and were happy to have a proper chocolate taste unlike that served in some other icecream shops. Both icecreams and chocolate coating were delicious. We drove round the corner and ate them overlooking the sea. A lovely treat.
One of the most well kept convenience stores in Christchurch! The service was friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend for generous sized ice creams!
The best service and best ice creams, tip top & kapiti varieties. Single is 2 large scoops. The best chocolate dip in town. They also have milkshakes and soft serve, a decent range of groceries. If you are there around 3pm be prepared for a wait as it floods with school kids until around 3.45. Lovely spot just round the corner toward the beach where you can sit on a seat by the sea.

Always very bust at the weekends. Yesterday afternoon they had extra staff on. The service is always good. They serve the best ice creams in the South Island.
Brilliant ice-creams with huge selection! Adding Walnut & Maple Syrup to the selection would be great. Excellent service
4 stars because this is a family business. However, while the male owner is always professional, kind and polite, his wife is quite a horrible person and the antithesis of good customer service. I have encountered enough rudeness from her over the years to decide that walking in the store isn't worth dealing with a person like that.
