   Autumn, what a great time to be beside the river. Trees changing colour and cool enough for the smoke on the water effect. Still skiers and boarders whizzing around and just saw one of the new hydra bikes here.

   This is a good place to enjoy the Waikato River with friends and family. There is a busy little boat ramp for launching your water craft unto the river and plenty of waterways to explore or enjoy. It has a dedicated swimming area so you can safely enjoy a swim without fear of being injured by anyone. Plenty of trees offer good shade on hot days and there is also an area for campervans to park and stay. Well worth a visit if your in the area.
