A grateful thank you to the service team for coming to our rescue last week when a drive belt broke on our car, leaving us stranded on our way home from Hamilton. They were obviously busy but managed to fit the repair in for us.

Fantastic sales experience with the team in purchasing a second hand vehicle. Purchased remotely from Christchurch and was able to inspect thoroughly via video link. Very happy with the condition of the vehicle and the package that was pulled together, in stark contrast to local Christchurch dealers. Many thanks to Peter at Cambridge.
We purchased a ute from this company and had it shipped from Cambridge to Christchurch. Pros: 1, The salesman, Peter, was friendly and prompt. Thank you. 2, The ute was released efficiently and arrived with no damage. 3, The interior was pretty clean and overall matched the description. The vehicle drives OK. Cons: 1, In email, Peter promised there would be a brand new WOF which was the most crucial item that we cared about. However, when we received the vehicle, the WOF was still old with only 8 months left instead of the promised "New 12 months WOF".
I recently purchased a low mileage Mazda CX30 from Fairview motors. I traded my Mazda3 that I bought from them 10 years ago. Both times I have dealt with the team they have been great to deal with. Glen Bain organized the deal with no fuss and sales pitch. Overall very happy.
Service is good great staff but it will be the last time I use them too expensive sadly.

I cannot recommend Fairview Motors in Cambridge highly enough. I recently purchased a brand spanking new Mazda CX-5 from them. Glen Bain in sales ensured I received exactly what I ordered at exactly the time he promised. He demonstrated every switch and button and made sure I was happy with my new car. I love my new Mazda and am very pleased to recommend them to anyone. Great service.
Extremely appalling. If I could score them a negative 1, I would. My children broke the sliding doors on my car. Instead of repairing them as requested, they charged me to quote the damage (wire broken-this I knew as it was hanging out of the door). And on top of that the very next day, the doors jammed completely closed, locking my children in the car. I then had to take my car to another mechanic who could fix my doors (Shout out to Ingham Te Awamutu, the service was brilliant.) and now Fairview Cambridge is refusing to refund me even though they broke my doors further. Would never recommend this service to anyone, go visit Inghams in Te Awamutu.
