Never in my 20+ years of renting have I had better property mangers than rent wise. Terrible experience with Rentwise, who allowed the property to become a complete tip, with rubbish strewn throughout the gardens, costing $$ and a lot of time to clean it up ourselves. Had to claim insurance to replace carpets throughout the house. Then we were asked to jump through hoops to prove the cost of professional cleaning and rubbish removal in order to get the bond to recover a portion of the costs. Never again.
Working with Shona has been an absolute pleasure. She’s organised, proactive and genuinely cares about the properties and tenants she manages, which makes our job easy. We’ve completed a number of Healthy Homes assessments and remedial jobs together, and communication has always been smooth and efficient.
