   Reasonable shop compared to other vape shops. Staff showed multiple options and suggestions before I selected my product. Decent knowledge of products and prices. Convinced by staff interaction and salesman ship.

   Went and bought a bottle of Hollywood Gold Tobacco, Which has been my go to flavour for at least the last 5 years, opened the bottle in my vehicle and it's not the correct flavour, even the juice is a different colour, I took it straight back into the shop and the Indian bloke behind the counter tries to tell me condescendingly it's the correct flavour, and because I had opened it I can't return it, I offered to bring in my near empty bottle to show him the difference in colour and smell, even the taste but he didn't want to know about it, after a bit of heated discussion he rings his head office and says he will replace it but if I open the bottle I cannot return it, I then question him on how does that work and what if the whole lot is faulty, he once again tries to say there's nothing wrong, by then I'd had enough and took another bottle which he was reluctant to hand over, and then proceeded to tell me he's going to ring the police and ban me from the store, I've been a customer there for the last 2 years and never had a problem until now, even my partner can smell the difference in this product and she's not a vaper , Definitely won't be bothering to go back In reply to your response, Nah mate he wasn't interested in testing the liquid, he kept saying if I took the other bottle he offered and opened it I couldn't return it, repeatedly, stop trying to make out like I was in the wrong, the liquid is different, the sticker on the bottle is different, the box has a different looking sticker from the one I bought a couple of weeks earlier, and I'm guessing he refused to test it as he knows it's not authentic Check your CCTV footage again the bottle I brought back is on my left and your employee wasn't interested in it, the new bottle he offered was on my right in his hand and yes that other bottle was faulty too the cap didn't even crack when I opened it and it was most definitely not the flavour you're advertising

   Came into the store and was treated badly by a young lady in there. Everytime I've gone in there she has been sitting on her phone. Has happened multiple times now and I am over her customer service

   Have supported the shop since it opened had an issue with a brand new vape that tastes like burnt plastic and not only my opinion. Took vape overnight and claimed it is fine and the same rude person in the store claims it is where I store my juice. Funny doesn't effect the other vapes I have. This place must make a fortune can't even replace a 40 vape for a regular customer..won't be going back again Thanks for response owner but I think I know the difference from a burnt pod or coil. The actual device smells like burnt plastic and has done from day 1 which is why it has not been used

   Having been a regular customer at shosha situ no problems I did not anticipate a problem when returning a bottle of Hollywood vape juice with a faulty lid. The young man serving had the exact same fault with the next bottle when he demonstrated how to remove the lid. The third bottle also had a problem. This young man was rude sarcastic and offensive nd implied I was lying for a replacement bottle. He sold me a product that was faulty and when was alerted it may be a faulty batch was horrifyingly rude. I have never been spoken to in that manner by any sales person ever. He has ginger hair and blue eyes. I am disgusted.

   Found what I was after but one of the staff members came off extremely rude. Making smart comments about my choices and trying to one up me the entire time. Pretty stupid considering I knew more about the products than he did. You're better off going elsewhere. Train your staff.
