   Terrible service at Paeroa pharmacy. Told 10–15 minutes for my mother’s prescription — came back after 20, waited even longer with no acknowledgement. Staff were too busy chatting about lunch, one was at the front counter browsing earrings for herself and paying off her own account. No apology, no urgency, just rude and dismissive. Disappointing for the only pharmacy in town — you'd expect better when there's no other choice.

   The staff are brilliant and helpful and very busy. The business has so much stuff you can look at for the young and elderly. As well as yr meds, where would be without them...... Sick. Great Chemist to go into and if you have questions about yr meds they are there to help you. Go check them out and take yr wallet lol

   It's a small store, but the people are great. The Chemists really keep an eye on things and will ask questions if they see something which appears out of place when fulfilling prescriptions, especially if something has changed. What is immediately obvious is, they do it out of genuine concern, not simply probing. Top marks.
