   Was just served by the loveliest lady called Raven! Was in a big rush for work and had called in to put a skirt on hold seeing it was on discount online and I head to Bali in six days! Raven respectfully let me know that they don’t honour online discounts in store but was incredibly lovely to do the wrong thing for the right reason and let me have it just this once! Was my first ever time shopping in Amazon surf and it made my entire day thank you Raven I appreciate your kindness this morning!

   Came in today to buy a gift for my son, however the girls working here were too busy on their personal phones, behind counter, and chatting to each other to bother to acknowledge me or help me. I'll look elsewhere.

   Went to amazon in the palms to look for a bikini bottom. Took a couple to the changing room to try and did so over top of my pants for hygiene reasons. One of the staff went to get me another size and I went to put them on over my pants. I had newly cleaned white shoes which I carefully put through the leg of the bikini bottom. The staff member then proceeded to belittle me and rudely scoffed "your shoes are dirty, your dirtying the gusset" and then stomped off and went to her work mates to tell them how disgusted she was with what I did, to which I heard. They all gave me a filthy look as I walked out of the store. As someone who's managed retail in the past this treatment is unacceptable. I can understand what she was telling me but the way she spoke to me, walked off and then talked to other staff was shocking.

   Absolutely amazing! Had a great shopping experience because of the girl who was serving me. Her name was Melissa and she was super attentive and was super helpful in assissting me in what jeans to get (she for sure needs a pay rise). Will definitely be back when she is on.

   I had the best customer service from this store! I was with my nephew who got unexpectedly sick in the store and the staff were incredible (especially the young man who was serving us) They were so kind and very helpful. The owners of the store should be very proud of their staff!

   Went to buy a cap today and was treated with complete ignorance! One assistant on the phone which is understood but the other very lazy and inexperienced young girl completely ignored me. She stood the entire time behind the counter with her face in her phone obviously too busy to even say hello let alone can I help you. Extremely disgusting and disappointing treatment of a customer. I suggest staff training. Don't waste your time shopping here!
