They sent me FAULTY products (opened bottles) and refused to refund claiming that I opened it. They were communicating about that in a rude manner. They also never pick up the phone. I’ll be making a claim to Commerce Commission or Disputes Tribunal under the Consumer Guarantees Act. UPDATED: ORDER NUMBER 647080 FAULTY PRODUCTS (PICTURES ATTACHED).
