A fabulous selection of gift baskets, catering for all budgets. High quality. Ordering process easy, communication excellent and goods sent promptly. I ordered in the morning and requested next day delivery, thinking I might be expecting too much but, the basket was on the way within a few hours. Highly recommend.
That was excellent customer service. I gifted to my friend who live in chch and became 40 with Gift baskets. At first There was an little issue, and I asked to fix. Response was so quick and they sent another bottle of wine in person. Communication was great and recipient was so happy with their hamper and service. Definitely I will be back Thanks team!

We have been using Gift Baskets for a number of years to send Christmas gifts to family in New Zealand. They have always delivered a great service, and gifts always well presented. This year one gift went missing, and they have been extremely helpful and wonderful and have sent another basket to our family to replace the basket. I would highly recommend them if you need to send a gift to family and friends

Ordered an item on 21/4 to be delivered on 25/4. Called them on one number, it was disconnected, another number had voicemail from Xmas. Such poor customer service- why make us pick a date if you know you can’t deliver to that promise. Ruining peoples special days by delivering items well after birthdays. Awful company- will not be using this

Made an order for mothers day and emailed straight away asking to update the note that went with the order. No response a week later so i followed up and then get a reply straight away saying it has already left. I then emailed again asking if the note had been updated and to be provided with a tracking number as the one they supplied me with was invalid. 2 days and 3 emails later still nothing... Would not reccomend at all. Very disappointed as i spent a decent amount of money with this company.
We were so impressed with your choice of gifts. The overnight delivery worked perfectly to Hamilton. My mother-in-law was extremely happy with the gifts we selected and said they were all so beautifully wrapped and presented too. Couldn't be happier, thank you very much for great service and gifts.
