   Very poor communication. Was told staff would arrive 0730 install bathroom floor. Completely rearranged day / rescheduling meetings etc to facilitate this, as well as having toilet & vanity removed evening prior in preparation. Didn't show up. Didn't answer calls or texts. Wife eventually got phone call 2 hours later to say floor covering hadn't arrived the day before. Now having to reshuffle the already rescheduled work commitments again. Supply chain problems happen, but a simple phone call the day before (when it was obvious that issues had arisen) to notify of change in plans would go a long way towards keeping your customers in the loop and minimise unnecessary stress & inconvenience.

   This is the second time we have purchased carpet from Carpet Court Cambridge, as we were so impressed with the service and value the first time, it was only natural that we return this time. The service we received from Rosemary, and subsequent follow up communication, was excellent. There was no problem whatsoever rescheduling the laying of the carpet by a few days due to an unexpected delay in finishing the final part of our renovations.

   Visited on a Saturday the staff that were there were flooring only we are in the market for blinds and curtains. We left a note to contact us with the details of what we were looking for. No follow up call received so we have moved on to another supplier.
