   I would just like to congratulate John Kenel and his whole team at Assured Properties in Hamilton, after purchasing 2 Units off the plans. The whole process has been an eye opener on what can be done for investors in the property market. From the initial contract signed to the continuous updates of progress being made on the construction. The link to see the build in progress in real time with photos of progress was impressive and professional to say the least without having to travel a distance to view. All the way through to completion, we were kept informed of what was required to transition over to getting tenants, insurance, etc. Contacting the team was excellent and any inquiries asked were promptly replied too.    This was my first experience of buying off plan and building and the team at Assured Property Investments have made this a simple & easy process. From purchase through to settlement all of my questions have been answered quickly and the communication right through the build was excellent with regular progress updates via email & also access to the construction tracker to see what was happening & when and photos of progress. The end product is a fantastic townhouse with quality workmanship and appliances, all backed by a 10 year master build guarantee. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and wouldn't hesitate to build with them again.
