   I used OaKleys to supply all my plumbing products & fire for my renovation, their show room was well set out to help with my decisions, the service from Ally was always good & prompt. The project spanned across 7 month & through out that time, no matter whenever I made contact, I was always made to feel as though my job & products were of the highest importance & The delivery were always on time.    I was a walk in, heading back to my hotel, attracted by the showroom display options. I had limited info but Hollie was incredibly helpful with researching me several options to consider. I did not live in chch however Hollie was patient with our back and forth correspondence over the next few weeks where she refined the best options, answering all my queries and providing me competitive prices. I knew straight away that I wanted to order from Oakleys because of her attention and customer service. I highly recommend Oakleys for their wide range, competitive prices, knowledge of products and awesome customer service. The showroom has some great design ideas and combinations to get your imagination going. Thank you!

   Popped in to try and source a spare part for an older tap, accidentally walked into the showroom instead of the trade section having never been there before. The Showroom: The three receptionists looked annoyed that I had walked into the room, didn't have the courtesy to say hello, and generally looked disdained at my presence. Incredibly standoffish. The Trade area: Excellent service, was immediately assisted with information about the broken part I was looking to replace, and offered sensible alternate solutions. Worth dropping by.

   We were very impressed with the advice and options available however, disappointed with some aspects of service and with being ignored - still waiting for a response to phone calls and emails, in the end we paid somebody else to do the finishing touches satisfactorily. We now have a great bathroom but it came at a high cost!
