A beautiful B&B in a beautiful part of New Zealand. It is an easy drive to Rotorua and to Hobbiton and Cambridge is just up the road with a range of excellent restaurants and take aways. Robyn is a delightful and thoughtful host. The view from the breakfast room is stunning! Highly recommended.
Robyn and Vinci are super nice host. Rooms are clean and homey, the view is amazing. We feel very welcomed.
The most peaceful and serene setting, with such kind and welcoming hosts, was the highlight of every place I stayed on my cross country NZ tour. I'm so glad I made the decision to be based out of this beautiful house for a few days - it's so well located to the highway and the beautiful experiences of the North Island, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless. It felt so like home to stay here that I didn't want to move on! And the fantastic breakfast, and being able to sit out in the immaculate gardens and enjoy the local wildlife with the hosts, was an experience to be treasured (see pictures taken in the beautiful gardens). My strong recommendation is to stay here as long as you are able - do not rush this part of the country. Obviously Hobbiton is very close by, but it's a real treat to see the wildlife in the area at Sanctuary Mountain, or see glow worms on the nearby river at night. I'll definitely be back to this beautiful BnB!
Spotlessly clean which was a must for us. Beautifully appointed room and good brekkie cooked on the spot every morning. Dining was in the host kitchen overlooking a beautiful garden. We enjoyed chatting to Robyn. She was so lovely and friendly. Bed was comfortable and lightning fast wifi! The place was quiet and convenient to Cambridge and Hamilton. Definitely will return if we are down this way again.
Nice rooms, breakfast in hosts kitchen so not that relaxed as there were always clearing around you. But they did their best for us. Garden area outside rooms could do with a little more thought. But on the whole for New Zealand good.
We were greeted by wonderful hosts Vince and Robyn. The accommodation is perfect. Beautiful rooms with total privacy. The breakfast was delicious with very high quality food and a great conversation to go with it. We would highly recommend this nice BnB to everyone. Thank you for your hospitality Robyn and Vince.
Beautiful food, property & location. The hosts were also incredible and extremely friendly, we were greatful for the conversations. Will definitely revisit one day! Shout out to the sheep too!
Five star accommodation in a beautiful setting with wonderful hospitality! Booked this BnB to break a long drive, and we were so glad we did. The well-appointed room was fabulous, very comfy bed, and all we needed. Hostess made us a very healthy excellent breakfast and was most accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
