I went into this store today with a friend to simply browse. My experience was far more than I expected as I had been in the store once before. I found myself looking at the gorgeous jewellery that they have. The lady assistant was an absolute treasure. Her engaging smile, fantastic humour and her ability to allow me to try the rings on was wonderful. I was so tempted to purchase but had promised the funds to a friend in need otherwise I would have come home with the ring. Thank you so much for making me feel a million dollars and being so delightful and attentive. Absolutely fantastic customer service experience.
