   Please read the amendment at the bottom. Swimming pool paint failure after 12 months. Surface chalking regardless of pool water chemistry. Would not acknowledge emails and photos. Would not provide a suggested water spec. Because we applied it ( to their requirements) they took the easy route and blamed us for the failure to engage a professional. Tried to tell me because we used 20L instead is 22L the coating was too thin and hence the chalking. We will need to re-coat using a reliable product. I do not recommend their product, their after sales service or their ability to even consider there may be a problem with the paint. . Very unsatisfactory . Do not buy. (2weeks later) I had an offer of supplying materials ( the same) to recoat the pool AND a users guide for caring for your new epoxy paint coating. I didn’t accept it the offer. But this guide is crucial and unfortunately never supplied prior. After 16 years of looking after our fiberglass pool (pre coating) we never experienced any chalking from the gel coat. Turns out Total Alkilinity control is crucial for a water based epoxy coating. Over winter the pool becomes more acidic and copious amounts of baking soda have bought things under control to 80ppm. So I’ve amended my review. It’s been more a lack of information and the attitude on the phone that it was all my fault that sparked me up. If you look after it I think the paint will be fine.
