Great experience at Plumbing World Papanui. Needed a replacement part for an old bath tap and the guys tracked it down and ordered it in. I asked if they could be shipped directly to my place and they said that they didn't tend to do that because they like to check everything to make sure it is fit for sale. Instead they personally dropped it round at my place for no extra charge. Unreal service. Thank you very much.
Needed to replace large toilet button that no longer is available. Instead of a complete new toilet as old one only 3 years old. Craig Gibb advised of a alternative solution which actually worked. That's what I call Brilliant service. Being invested in the customer. So I will differnately be recommending Plumbing World.
These guys have mucked us around so much that now we have to change our plans. It took over three weeks to just find out when we were going to get the spa. Then its going to take almost a month. They are so under staffed. If you don't want to get mucked around then don't shop at Plumbing world. When we said that we had ordered it 6 months earlier they said "No you didn't ...... you had to pay a deposit" They never said any of this and when we tried to point out how disappointed we were rather than being apologetic they act as if its all our fault. Shameful service.
