We have used Prestige Property Management for the past 4 years and have found both Pip and Andrea to be exceptional. Everything is taken care of, we make decisions on the important stuff only, and I trust our properties in their hands 100%. We feel they are fair to all our tenants who we value highly also. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I have been a tenant of Prestige Property Management for over 2 years. I have never had any issues with the property that had to be dealt with immediately. Kate Iles is my property manager and she has been great to work with. I especially appreciated her reaching out during the lockdown period to make sure I am managing and not in distress. Keep up the good work team - looking forward to another couple of years working with you.
My experience with Prestige Property Management....Hmmm....Not a good one. Extremely slow on getting repairs done and I had to keep emailing/ringing to let Pip Bradford (Director) know the problem is still there and ask when it will be taken care of, not acceptable I believe. She was the property manager! She should of been ringing or emailing me as to when things would be taken care of, never did! She makes you print out any form that she wants you to sign, unprofessional. Pip would email any and all forms to be printed out expecting me to print them out and return to her when I told her I did not have a printer, she said that I could go to the library to get things printed, at my expense of course. Who does that??? I have been with property management companies before, have had great relationships but none like this company. I would never rent through them again unless the business was owned by different people so I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. Pip does not have good business skills and can be quite rude and cold. Stay away from this company renters....I have known others that have had worse experiences with this company than mine.....Not a good look.
I would have to disrespectfully disagree with the below negative review. If I could, I would rent from Pip until buying a house. Pip is fair, extremely efficient and helpful. I have rented through Pip in multiple properties and highly recommend her business. It's pretty clear she works in a smart way for landlords and tenants and also has a pool of proven tradespeople she uses for maintenance. I also got my last house professionally cleaned when leaving due to time restraints. This was my choice.Pip recommended a great cleaning person who I could afford on a budget. She follows tenancy laws to a T and is extremely professional but also compassionate, eg pushing out inspections when I was unwell. She's a fantastic property manager.
Absolutely the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. Pip the owner regularly attempts to charge tenants unjust fee's for the most pathetic things, particularly after letting fees were outlawed she seemed desperate for money and tried to charge me a serious of fee with were unjust and once disputed she backed down. DO NOT RENT THROUGH PRESTIGE! Nothing prestigious about them! Avoid at costs.
