   Helpful staff that allow me to use cellotape when I forgot my own. Easy to get car reho and do all my post needs by the library where I print out return labels as well so handy hope this post shop stays

   This is a complaint, rather than a review, but I've not been able to contact the manager directly. In five months I have attempted to send five parcels to Western Australia. Each one has been refused by the same assistant, because I have not filled in the green form correctly. The first two ( one was in purple biro, the other I had written MRS where I didn't need to) I rewrote at the desk. The third , another assistant came along and OK'ed the small misdemeanour. The fourth I had made a $ sign ( there was already one on the form ) but rather than rewite as requested I took it away and posted at another PO - no trouble. Yesterday I was rejected becasue I had written "not known" under receiver's email address and had crossed out tidily ( and initialled ) a number 1 to become number 2 in quantity of books in parcel. I have been referred (sharply) to the huge poster on the wall to educate myself. I have just today posted this last parcel ( after photographing ) at another PO, no trouble. I'd like an explanation for such obstruction please.Edited to add I would appreciate a response ASAP please. Thankyou. Or advice as to how to contact the manager directly without waiting for some hours on hold.

   I rang up to inquire about how much it would cost to send a card from Christchurch to Waimate and the lady told me it would cost about $5 or $6.I said what just to send a card and she said yes because you get a tracking number with it. I said to her what do I want a tracking number for when I'm just putting it into the post mail box on the side of the road.. She still proceeded to say that you get a tracking number. I was getting very annoyed by this point and I said to her again that it's just a card that I'm putting into the post mail box on the side of the road. She said I thought you said you were going to courier it. I don't know how she thought that when I repeated myself of how I was posting it. I don't think I will deal with that branch again.
