   Can't say I enjoyed my experience with using the company. Incorrect advise was given at a key time during my settlement period relating to my deposit. (This was corrected in an email, but not after I had spent extra money with my lawyer) I feel I only spoke to Rodney during the initial meeting, otherwise it was just members of the team, so didn't have a personal feel. They only got me two pre approvals, one of which I had done myself before hand that they took ownership of, and the second was for an incorrect loan amount which rendered it unusable. The rates I got were identical to what the bank had already offered. And were actually higher than an advertised rate with another bank who they didn't go to. I was asked to prep my mortgage break down structure before our meeting, in which the outcome was "yeah, looks alright" so I do feel no additional advice and experience was given. I think that was it.. not even the temptation of a $10 voucher for a free coffee can sway my 1 star review ***Edit in response*** My count is 73 emails, plus a few phone calls (uncounted) and a couple of text messages (uncounted), a portion of these were me trying to be "friendly" and just inquisitive on my first home or saying thanks for a reply, whilst the majority are from answering questions.

   We can't thank Rodney and his team enough. During a time where it felt impossible to get into the property market as a first home buyer, Rodney was concise, to-the-point, and really laid everything out on the table for us. It was just the clarity we needed. To top it off, he also introduced us to a fantastic buyers agent, and together they secured us our first home. Cheers for helping us take that next big step!

   Rodney is an absolute legend! He helped my brother and I sort out our situation, which had crazy short deadlines for due diligence and we settled everything in 2 weeks. Really appreciated the communication between Rodney and myself, very clear and concise! Was a real pleasure working with as he was so understanding of our situation. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
