My favorite burger place in Cambridge. I love these burgers, I crave these burgers. My wife says she's never seen me eat so fast. These burgers are messy, but I don't care - just get in my belly! That's also why I haven't attached a picture, I keep eating the burgers before I think about a photo.
Tried this place a few weeks ago. We got a couple of burger combos, with drink and sides The Good: The patty in my Beef burger was seasoned nicely and the mix of meat kept it from being tough The Chicken burger was good, chicken was seasoned well The side of chips has their own seasoning on them and they were very crispy The side of Onion rings were made in-house My Chocolate thickshake was very good. Thick and creamy The Bad: My patty wasn't cooked all the way through, it was pink in the middle (this is a common theme reading some other reviews and pretty inexcusable at this point) The buns were just too big, which is hard to believe...too much bread. The Onion rings had quite thick dense batter on them and didn't by default come with an Aioli dipping sauce. You have to pay extra for sauce and its their own in-house made stuff. (Not Aioli) Also, its $18 for a combo of Burger, side and a drink, but only one burger is at that price... the remaining 6 burgers have an extra surcharge to varying degrees. The combo should be an upgrade from the burger price, not the other way around, i.e Add $5 to make it a combo...
Waited an hour. They gave away our order to someone else. Once we finally got it it was missing half the order and drinks, the burgers were all completely raw in the middle. I drove back and got a refund without hassle. I think the team there needs some help to get a better process going.
Heard about this place so we thought we would try them. Never again. We waited 50mins past our delivery slot. The burgers were cold due to sitting on the bench. They started to cook the fries after the burgers were cooked. No idea what they were doing multiple unhappy customers waiting and seemed to be run by school kids. The upside was we got our money back. Not sure how cooked the burgers were cause we felt rather sick after them. First and last time for us.
Amazing! nice fresh sides, burgers were very flavorful but patties were a bit pink inside other than that a solid 4 star from me
These burgers did not disappoint. They were delicious and huge - very generous sides as well. We will be back for sure - best burgers in town!
Brilliant! Tried Tote for the first time on Saturday and was very pleasantly surprised. The burgers were fresh and tasty, ready for collection in under 15 minutes from my online order. Best vegetarian burger in Cambridge, hands down.
