   I got Michelle, Vanessa, and the team at Max Property to manage my brand-new property, and they have been absolutely fantastic.    Loved being a tenant with Max Property, the team were very helpful in finding us a place to live when we moved down from Wellington in 2020. They were also very supportive and understanding of our situation (we were waiting on our new build first home to be completed, and it was delayed by 5 months - thanks Covid!) and ensured we switched to a periodic tenancy once the initial term was up, which ran right up to when we moved into our first home. Great correspondence, great communication, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to find a rental to live in in Christchurch :)

   Michelle at Max Property Management is the best property manager I have ever I had  - She is amazing, friendly and very efficient with getting anything that needs to be done to the house. Not to mention when I broke my leg she helped to organise someone to come in and trim the hedges for me, even though she didn’t have too. I highly recommend going with them if you are an owner or a tenant absolutely amazing!
