Big delay for lunch.macaroni cheese was served luke warm. Took 25 minutes for them to heat it up and bring it back despite having to visit kitchen twice to hurry it along. Cappuccino was ordered without chocolate and came with chocolate. Service very slow. Would not come back. No apology and no attempt to remedy by offering free cake or something

Hamilton Evergreen Leisure Marching Team had a lovely break at Cafe Frock on way back from Te Aroha yesterday. Both the food & staff were top notch. Some of us browsed amongst the wares while the rest were happy to just sit & chat. Really lovely atmosphere. Top Notch

Many thanks for accommodating our group of 17 this week. Scones and muffins were yum. Thanks to Tony for welcoming us and sorting a relaxing place to sit and chat to each other and to have our coffee and eats.( We sat in the new Gallery at the retro tables and chairs set out) The ladies enjoyed their opportunity to view Annah's creations and the chance to shop. I pre-booked online the new Gallery and arranged for us to have coffee beforehand. Cafe and shop staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had phoned before hand to let Frock know how many ladies and what food choices were made and, was even asked if we wanted savoury or sweet scones/ muffins. Thankyou.

Fresh home style cooking. Not often food tastes this authentic. Great coffee and friendly warm atmosphere. The most comfortable furniture and retro style cafe I've been in. Loved sitting in the window soaking it in.

This is a nice quiet place to enjoy good coffee and cabinet goodies. Also cooked toasted sandwiches which looked great. A homely local atmosphere and there is a dress shop combined. Don't forget to try the tasty toasted cheese rolls
