This is an open patch of green space where archery was the leisure of choice by early 20th century visitors to the Botanic Garden grounds. What we found most interesting about the Archery Lawn where the giant Sequoia trees which lined the green. These were remarkable specimen and what we remember most about this particular area of the Christchurch Botanic Garden.
