   Best location. Great coffee and the best loos in the city. Wish the loos played tunes so none could hear me while they were perusing the floura in the botanical garden.

   Well one of the best locations in the lovely Gallery gardens, we have this Glass wonder. Shop, cafe and bathrooms. Honestly it's way too small, crowding inside is crazy, auto doors beep and act funny, but once you get a seat it's divine food and modern white feel relaxing. Prams and kids a challenge as no space, but if you come in away from rush lunch hours, peace. I can't understand why it's designed so small, but it sort of works. Recently got online ordering to avoid the large Q, work great. Outdoor seating is far better, escape there, just watch it for the seagulls begging. Lol. Rose gardens just beside, yeah outdoor the bees knees.

   Went there on a busy day, place was super packed. There are limited vegetarian options, but we went with what was available. The toast was decent but mac n cheese had no seasoning. The coffee was good and so was the lamington. Outdoor area is good but lots of birds and ducks to give you company. We found this place expensive.

   We had lunch and dessert. Lunch was good. However, the scone was like an airy bread.. weird texture..and the coffee was just okay. Too busy. However staff were all friendly.

   Came in for lunch and went with the beef burger with chips as everything else wasn’t too appetising. Service was quite slow and the staff repeatedly mixed our orders up with other customers. The price for the meals weren’t worth the taste, but the environment is nice and refreshing with good seating, and plenty of greenery.

   The cafe manager seemed a bit taken aback when we showed up for our lunch booking, but she eventually allowed us to sit down and order. The food was adequate, and the menu is very extensive - something for everyone! Pretty expensive though. Sandwich bread was good, but the napkins underneath were impossible to use - just immediately soaked with sandwich filling. The fries came unsalted so tasted pretty bland. Coffee was good.

   Another outstanding cafe in Christchurch. The body prefect barrister definitely makes a mouth watering cup of coffee. Addition to the view of the garden the scones is to die for, served with butter and homemade jam. The spring season also have many ducklings wonder around the outdoor courtyard waiting for foods. So overall a wonderful experience and can't wait to be back again.

   I emceed a wedding there, I was impressed with the staff and their commitment to making sure everything works really well. They communicated well, we’re flexible when needed and followed the schedule well. The food was a hit with everyone. Being a vegan I was well looked after. From entree to main course and finally an amazing desert. I even returned again the next day for lunch and got the vegan sandwich off the menu. It was yummm.
