From my first appointment at Ross & Co, I’ve been thrilled with my hair. A color mishap from my former salon needed correcting, and the owner and her team showed outstanding skill and expertise. They brought my hair back to the beautiful shade I wanted, without any damage. It’s wonderful to have a stylist who listens to their clients’ needs and delivers exactly what’s asked. Their expertise and valuable advice make them exceptional. I highly recommend them!
I love going for my hair cut. Maddie usually does my hair and understands my hair and how I want to live with it :) - no fuss, no chemicals but still look great :) Last time I wanted a complete change of style but didn't know what I wanted. She showed me her first choice and it was brilliant. Pictures show my before and after. Maddie cut it, so well, that my hair naturally falls into the right shape. Lisa is a great mentor, inspiration and support while I'm there. I've also had a really good haircut by Heidi, as a model and am more than happy to get another cut by her, if Maddie isn't available.
Matthew and Trish at Ross & Co were absolutely amazing! I had a mishap with box dye (never again) and they were able to squeeze me in amidst the busy period of everyone prepping for the Xmas holidays. Matthew did an amazing job at colour correcting my hair. Made me feel so informed of the process and each step and the result we were working towards. Affordably priced!
I received the best treatment and had amazing customer service, I got pampered and felt so gorgeous afterwards, honestly couldn't recommend enough, my hair is amazing, I got exactly what I asked for and the pre book you so you don't miss out. Purely amazing vibes too

Wow!!! What an amazing experience. Really impressed with the standard of service and care. Trish delivered the absolute best consultation I have ever had. I really felt like she wanted to get to know me and my hair, which allowed her to give me the best cut and colour ever. The service was amazing! Yes, yes, yes. Definitely recommend. Go there now!
