   Not having done anything like selling my clothes like this before, I decided to collect them as they hadn't sold,the lady owner was so very abrupt and rude,as I was just out of hospital I was very upset,she made me find the 2 items myself in this very unorganized shop, will never go back there and won't recommend this shop.

   I bought in a bag of clothes hoping they may take some to sell. The thoughtfulness and patience shown to me while sorting through the clothes was above and beyond. Lasting Labels has stood the test of time because of knowing what to accept for resale. Amazing owners and staff.

   Good range and reasonable prices. However I couldn’t rate the lady owner. I took some clothes in today to see if she’d take them. I felt very put down by her. She picked up a pair of boots I’d paid $500 for and said I wouldn’t even take these to the Salvation Army shop. She barely looked at what I had. She told me to dump the lot. These were good labels such as Trelise Cooper and Country Road etc. and been expensive clothes and all in very good condition. I left the store thinking what a very dismissive and poor way to treat anyone let alone a potential customer.

   Waste of time trying to sell anything here, have been here numerous times with new/excellent quality items and they simply don't seem interested. No longer a customer, will be going to Recycle Boutique now, where you'll probably get more for them too!

   Unfortunately the lady who runs the shop basically never takes any clothes and will always come up with a reason why she can't- out of season, wrong colour, wrong brand. Huge waste of time to try sell through them! They won't take nice labels or decent clothes as they just seem abit picky/snobby.

   Lovely to rediscover this gem after a gap of some years. The best winter coat I have ever owned (and wore over 7 years) was bought from the first little shop in Innes Road. Lots of fabulous fashion finds and I'm delighted with the 2 pre-loved (and now reloved) tops I bought last week. A place to visit often because garments arrive daily. Friendly fun service.
