   It's conflicting going to a new mechanic, especially as a female. I know more about cars than most people think I do, & I've experienced some real horrible mechanics who don't listen. These guys are great! Receptionist is lovely, great at communicating, great at touching base if anything comes up and actually asking permission before they just do things that weren't the reason you're there. Appreciate the peace of mind!

   I’ve brought a few different types of vehicles here 4WDs, a weekend street car and my daily drivers and never had any issues. The mechanic is skilled, knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. The office lady is also very friendly and helpful.

   Really disappointed Booked car in over a week to be picked up from our house(because its not going) Booked in for 8.30am to be picked up - waited until 8.40am and gave them a call to let them know i had to go to work However; they mentioned it would be mid morning because boss is away and have only towing car and dropping child at school I even got a text the night before letting me know time for next day was 8.30am and if this was not suitable to reorganize another time First and last experience with this company Had taken off work in morning to have this sorted Would not recommend- hard to find reliable mechanics Don't play the 'kid' card- it s a poor excuse for a company to use
