I called in on the off chance that I could get a haircut while in Christchurch for a couple of days, and I have to say that Angie did the most fabulous cut that I have ever had. She did exactly what I tried to explain. I definitely recommend this salon.

First time customer. Went for a haircut. The girl (I think her name is Lucinda) gave a very good hair wash. All your concerns are listened to and she was gentle, thorough but efficiently light, gave a lovely little massage with no nails biting into your scalp, good water temperature and was careful not to wet the ears or splash the face. Michelle did a wonderful job with my simple layered bob. She asked for specifics and showed what she was going to do before she did it. The bob she gave me framed my face very well, was light, bouncy and just what I imagined it should be. Michelle judged my hair well, was efficient and professional. They really listen, are warm and friendly, even though the place is really busy. Highly recommend Michelle and Lucinda.
Best haircut I have ever had. Plus the colour is also amazing. Have told everyone about this hairdressers being the best in Christchurch!!! My daughter just had her hair done. It looks amazing and shes so happy.
Happy with cuts and colour however there always seems to be terrible tension between the staff which is easy to pick up on. An example of this was when my hairdresser put me under a heater with foils and the owner of the salon pulled the heater off to use on her client, when my hair wasn’t ready. I was offered no explaination or appology and I could hear backroom conflict between the staff. I’ve never experienced anything like that before and was disgusted at such behaviour. I won’t be going back as I don’t need the drama.
