   Visited the bakery recently. Sandwiches were nice, and I had a bacon and egg muffin from the hot food section. The display said $6.50, but I was charged $7—even though $7 wasn’t written anywhere. When I asked, I was told the $6.50 was only for cold sandwiches. Bit confusing. Also, the coffee was bad—definitely not worth it. Would go back for the food, but not the coffee.

   We were visiting NZ from Australia and wanted some bakery goods before going to Hamilton Gardens. Our first visit was so yummy that we purposely organised our plans a few days later to pass back through for a second visit. My mac and cheese and crispy chicken pie was a particular highlight. We also enjoyed the NY brownie, lolly slice, and raspberry slice. The staff were very very friendly. I also loved that the prices were more reasonable than you find elsewhere these days.

   I normally go there to get their chicken and chips combo's the chips are good the reason why I don't think that it is 5 stars is because I feel like there is to much breadcrumbs on the chicken I know that it is fried and it is suppose to be like that but a slight reduction would help a lot thanks

   Can we talk Pies?! There steak and cheese pies.. amazing. Their Bacon and egg pies on the other hand... Dry, burnt, made with bacon scraps.. literally the lowest tier pie I have ever had. I stopped buying cakes and sweets from here too because they are never fresh. Workers are lovely though ♡

   I lost my wallet in the morning at the Crest Bakery when I went to get some lunch for my kid. I didn't realise that I lost it until afternoon around 4pm. I rushed there to check if they have it or not. When I get there they welcome me and gave my wallet back its really kind of them. I had so much cash and my bank card and everything thing in my wallet. Thank you so much for your kindness.
