This place was exactly what I needed: excellent coffee (well priced at $5.50), professional barista, quiet place to sit and think, super clean aesthetic. Plus a rabbit nibbling grass outside the window. All is well in this world.
Without doubt the best cinnamon scroll I’ve ever had, the coffee is fantastic and the staff are extremely friendly. Great little spot for the whole family. Such a creative concept with the animals ❤️❤️❤️
Great hot chocolate. Appreciated the option of cinnamon or chocolate on the cappuccino. Bonus goats next door. Lovely stop on the way to Hobbitton. Feels like a quaint shire stop.

Great service. Coffee was delicious and smooth + yummy cheese & onion scone. Nice outdoor seating area, and perfect if you’ve got kids.
Good coffee and Chai. Daughter dairy intolerant so being able to have almond/ coconut or oat milk a bonus. Love the scones and indoor outdoor seating options.
Fantastic area, private and cozy indoor area and spacious outdoor area with a nice playground for the kids. My coffee was a little burnt and a tad on the pricy side. Otherwise quite pleased and will come back again to a hopefully better coffee!
