   Absolutely incredible customer service and product quality. I bought a one-of-a-kind Toki from their online store, and experienced a payment handling issue (caused entirely by PayPal, not the store itself!). The team at this store took my word for it and happily reserved the specific Toki I ordered for me once the payment issue had resolved. I was then able to purchase it again, this time successfully, and it arrived within 24 hours, despite my address in the North Island and these guys in the South Island! Would give 6 stars if I could. Friendly and very helpful team. Amazing carving and binding quality of the pendant and necklace. Top quality product. Comes with informative cards explaining how to care for your Toki, and the cultural/spiritual meaning of the Toki shape as well as what the specific features on/of the carving actually mean.

   Second time I've shopped with them, once online and once in person. Online was very insightful with clear pictures of each piece of stone and easy to work through the website. In person was a wonderful experience. Absolutely lovely and knowledgeable staff. Gorgeous carvings and very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with the help picking out some gorgeous pounamu earrings as a birthday gift for a relative. Definitely coming back for more!
