   i went into northlands glassons, friday 16th of may and had a bad experience with one of the workers there which i am presuming is the manager as i heard one of the other workers asking her questions as “kely”. i went to the changing rooms she was wearing a slick back bun with blonde brownish hair and she didn’t not even acknowledge me, looked me up and down and asked how many i had wasn’t impressed and felt very uncomfortable

   Store was well presented and had a good amount of sizing and styles. Staff was absolutely horrible. I wanted to refund a dress that had a stain on it, but the MANAGER ( didn’t get her name but she worked on Tuesday 12th december at around 9am), she was giving me a lot of attitude and couldn’t even do a simple refund, I also did not like the style of the dress hence why i wanted a gift card or store credit but that was a task too hard for the manager to complete and she refused with a horrible attitude and just gave me the same dress instead. I went to riccarton and the manager was absolutely lovely. Riccarton always has the best staff but northlands definitely needs a better attitude especially from a manager!

   Glassons Northlands always has very friendly staff that give great feedback and advice on clothes. I always feel really welcomed while walking into Glassons! Keep up the great friendly work please!

   Super rude staff, no greetings or even acknowledgement and I was there for a solid 20 mins. Didn’t seem to greet anyone else that came in either. Just seem to avoid customers unless they are at the counter to pay.

   Went to Glassons Northlands to buy clothes with my daughter and found the music was way too loud. Many stores have music playing which i like however we quickly bought 1 item and left as we had to raise our voices to hear each other and it made the experience quite unpleasant. Even my daughter thought it was too loud and said it's a store not a party. My daughter politely told the girl behind the counter it was too loud and her response was a petty look and a ''thank you, have a nice day'

   I normally love to get away from Riccarton mall to go to northlands glassons cause u can actually breatheeee while shopping there but on the 6th of sep myself and my daughter where in to shop we were the only ones in the store and we were asked so manu times time after time especially by 2 staff memvers are u ok for sizes can i take your clothes to the changing room are u ok browzing its was to the point i nearly went right off and to the point i didnt even want to be served by either of them so i stood back so i didnt get served by them and was trying for a girl who didnt harass us but as we approached the checkout the girl i wanted passed me over to one of the girls that p×××ed me of the most i must say i had to hold back want i really wanted to say to her and im sure in our conversation i didnt come across very happy either . Northlands glasson im really disappointed in you just let the customers look and shop with out being harassed and trust that if a customer needs help theyll come to you buck your ideas up .
