They asked us to make an appointment to witness documents, a contact number has been taken upon confirming the appointments. Return in 1week times for the appointment, however from the entrance door is locked, called several times with no response, waited for an hour nobody showed up. Very poor service as a highest honorary consulate department. Please be more respectful about everyone deserves a busy schedule.
