Nick and his team have just regrouted our ensuite and have done an excellent job. The shower and ensuite floor look as good as new. Each time they finished on site they left the room looking neat and tidy. Communication with Nick was great. If you are looking to regrout your bathroom or showers I would recommend Nick and his team.

Nick cleaned our bathroom tiles and sealed the grout after our builders left a mess. He was quick at getting the quote and job done, but most impressive was him going the extra mile in doing the sealing in the evening to ensure we could use the shower without waiting days. He clearly cares greatly for his work quality and his clients.
IGrout completed a wonderful job to restore ensuite shower tiling in April 2023 - I needed a diagnosis and repair to difficult black hexagon shower floor tiles where the previous tiling had used incorrect grout, causing a hard white compound to appear in the charcoal grout that was unmovable. Nick from igrout made a site visit promptly to assess and advise the action to restore this area - quickly followed by a quote and dates his team would be able to start work. Excellent hard-working, respectful staff completed the work, they were very clean and tidy and the finished job has returned my shower floor tiles to a better state than when they were first laid, I am extremely happy and plan to use igrout again for the second bathroom. I was nervous to start this work but can highly recommend Nick and his team, great communication all the way through and excellent finished product.

Nick visited promptly after my first approach and offered suggestions for repairing tiles, rep[lacing silicone and resealing the grout in our kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The quote was promptly provided. The work was completed on the agreed date and we are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Nick and his workmate were well presented, polite and accommodating. They worked in a very tidy manner continually cleaning up as they worked.The replacement tiles are indistinguishable from the existing ones and the floor looks refreshed. I would have no hesitation recommending iGrout for any tiling issues and should we need further work I will be calling Nick. Many thanks for a hassle free service.
