I recently visited this shop to have my expensive badminton racket restrung. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. During the stringing process, the machine caused visible scratches on my racket. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the value of the racket and the expectation of professional handling. Not only was this a clear sign of poor equipment maintenance, but the lack of care and attention to detail was evident throughout the process. A proper service should ensure that valuable items are treated with care and precision, but clearly, this was not the case here. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my racket was handled and the overall lack of professionalism displayed. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their sports equipment and expects competent, professional service.
We saw one of his employees pre wrapping the entire string by hand around the racket before using the machine to tighten when questioning this method, the owner said he knew what he was doing and had been stringing rackets for many years This technique is not recommended in any manufacturer’s guide. It is incorrect and unprofessional. What’s more disappointing is that we had trusted him with rackets like 100zz
