Ordered a pita and a bowl for dinner takeaway through deliver easy..first time getting pita pit for dinner in TA.. The bowl had hair through it and the pita was soggy and falling apart and the filling was all mushy.. safe to say we will not be going back

Bought a pita and some loaded wedges, it was delicious but half the wedges were rotten potatoes
It was really easy, I had no idea what I wanted so they patiently explained everything to me that I needed to know. Got it toasted, but it barely was at all, so toasted it myself when I got home, and the wedges weren't crunchy at all, so I put in our air fryer later on.
Tried ordering using the tablet in store, which took money out of our account but didn't send the order through. Staff weren't helpful or apologetic at all in sorting the issue, instead told us we had to order and pay AGAIN. They insisted that the money hadn't come out, so we did as they said. After a 17 minute ordeal (there was only us and one other in the store) we finally got our order. We went home with our order, which hadn't been prepared correctly and all the contents spilled out. We checked banking again and sure enough, we had been charged twice. Went back for a refund and they eventually agreed to give us our money back, though again, they weren't exactly apologetic. Absolutely shocking customer service. Should've just gone to Subway.
Just went in today and this rude lady working about 17ish started saying racist things and slurs to me...
Tonight they were under the pump, one staff member on and still be managed to get my order done earlier. Very grateful. Above standard customer service.
Had pita pit for the first time the other day and it was really good!
Great service, staff were super accommodating making me a Mexicano salad. Was awesome.
