   Unfortunately I’ve been experiencing very poor customer service at this store for awhile now. Products are great but I’ve noticed that many employees are very respectful to Korean-speaking customers, but when serving me (english speaking korean person) they often don’t say hello, thank you or anything at all! I’ve only had one friendly experience, and it can feel unwelcoming as a customer even if unintentional. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone. Thank you

   I visited Kosco and it was just okay. The selection of products was good, but the store felt cramped. It would definitely benefit from being more spacious. The staff was friendly, which was nice. Overall, I’d give it three stars.

   Really great store!! The staff are always nice, the prices are really reasonable, and the selection is great. I used to live in Asia so it's been amazing to find the same ingredients and brands I used to use, but in NZ. It's also one of the only places I can find Chilsung Cider so I'm very happy. Thank you Kosco :)))

   Bought Gluyinous rice donuts, was told its just come in fresh. First bite! Yuck it has been there for ages. Don't trust them anymore!

   Excellent range of product despite being a smaller branch. Helpful staff who knew the product I was looking for from my description alone (small chocolate mushrooms) - I didn't know the product name. I highly recommend these, they're absolutely delicious!
