    A few weeks ago I went into The Sample Room with a picture of a lovely short haircut. I am 60 and my hair has been long for 30 years. I had never been to the salon before so it was a lapr of faith when Lisa cut my hair. She made me feel very comfortable and kept checking every step of the way that I was still happy with what she was doing. I absolutely love my new cut and have now booked appointments through to next Christmas as I don't want to miss out. Thanks Lisa for the new hairstyle and great chat!

    Did a terrible colour job on my young daughter's hair. Offered up excuses as to why it was terrible - apparently it was OUR FAULT! In fairness they offered to try and fix it, but the kid quite rightly feels completely ripped off and doesn't want to go back again. Horrible experience.

Was happy to listen to me and everything I was hoping to have done for my appointment, talked me through what she would do and was very clear. Best head massage too and so relaxing, I think I dozed off. Would go to Kirsty again, hair came out exactly how I wanted and better! Thank you

    As a first-timer at this salon I can't fault them at all. I was made to feel at home immediately, especially so when Lisa listened intently to what I wanted (and I am not the easiest of customers to please) :) She made sure that I was comfortable with what she was going to do, we were certainly on the same page! I walked out there feeling on top of the world! Thank you Lisa, you're stuck with me now :)

    i wanted my hair dyed two colours, and ended up with dry damaged hair with one of the colours fading, one too dark, and it was uneven. the ends of the colours are also muddy. it was also 360$ for this, and a fringe trim which consisted of them only doing one snip then sending me off. they recommended me extra overpriced products which i haven't needed for a box dye that yielded better longer lasting results. overall, this place is overcharged and i just wish i never went.

    Had our three kids hair cut by Juliana at The Sample Room and the results were fantastic. Kids enjoyed her style and she made them comfortable and entertained. The salon itself is beautiful, well located and with easy parking. It was quite cozy, with comfy waiting chairs and great magazines. This salon is not only for females, we are also well treated and there was a man having his hair cut when we were, seemed content with his new look. Will come back again soon. Thank you all!
