   Very nice lady at the post office when renewing my rego after a 3 year hiatus. Even believed me that I'd been overseas and not using the car :-) (that's true) nice to see NZ customer service hasn't changed while I was away. A1 service.

   If you want to speak to a decent human being, literally try anywhere else! Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I've worked in retail! I'm forgiving! Have to sign for a letter from po box and not only was I berated for not knowing where to go or what times I could do so I had the card physically shoved back at me. Not even a hello. Could have simply explained it to me since none of that info was on the card but no being mean and hateful about it was apparently the correct response. Clearly some of the staff there feel their time is better spent gas bagging with their co workers than doing their jobs. Beware to anyone like me who interrupts!
