Really appreciated the help from the young lady on Monday. Had an issue and she was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my issue. There are other stores closer to me but I definitely prefer coming to this particular store for the service. Thank you.
Everytime i visit this store (which is often as i live next to it) the employees are always polite and uphold great customer service. The store itself is very clean and organised. The products are also good quality and the staff ensure you’re happy with your purchase before exiting the store. Highly impressed.

Honestly as far as shosha goes the Hillcrest store is by far the most disgusting customer service I have ever had from one of these stores ever before. The sales " assistant" could not have been less helpful if he had tried. I was at the store at 6:20 p.m. on a Thursday night there was no one else in the store and this guy clearly look like he didn't appreciate his job all the people coming in to purchase products that pay his wages. I will not return to this store ever again
